  1. This stuff almost builds.  The tm file needs to define TARGET_DEFAULT;
  2. this should probably be done by a higher-level tm file that includes
  3. tm-m68k.h.  There may be other things that the tm file needs to do;
  4. see ../cc/dist/config/tm-sun*.h to get an idea of what might be
  5. lacking.
